Overwhelmed with joy and filled with excitement, I want to express my sincere gratitude to CGCI. Over the course of more than two years, after experiencing multiple visa rejections and when all seemed hopeless, my parents successfully obtained a 10-year multiple-entry visa of Canada. My daughter is attending high school in Vancouver, and she was raised by her grandmother. Due to the pandemic, we have been unable to visit them back in China, and my parents have missed her dearly. Unfortunately, the visa process was not smooth, and for various reasons, they were rejected three times, especially the last time when they were told not to apply again within five years. Over these two years, after much back and forth and going through great lengths, accumulating a pile of documents, notarizations, and translations, spending a significant amount of money, and most importantly, mentally exhausted, many plans could not be proceeded. Since CGIC took over, they have been thinking of solutions for us and never gave up. At our most helpless and desperate moment, CGIC wrote a letter of appeal for us. With a "nothing to lose" mindset, after more than three months of waiting without any news, when we thought there was no chance, we were surprised to receive the approval notice from the immigration office on August 3rd, valid for 10 years! In October 2022, I found CGIC to help me with my spousal sponsorship. The preparation of documents was very fast, the hearing process went smoothly, and at the later stage, because of the special nature of my case, I was very afraid of being called for an interview.
