Overwhelmed with joy and filled with excitement, I want to express my sincere gratitude to CGCI. Over the course of more than two years, after experiencing multiple visa rejections and when all seemed hopeless, my parents successfully obtained a 10-year multiple-entry visa of Canada. My daughter is attending high school in Vancouver, and she was raised by her grandmother. Due to the pandemic, we have been unable to visit them back in China, and my parents have missed her dearly. Unfortunately, the visa process was not smooth, and for various reasons, they were rejected three times, especially the last time when they were told not to apply again within five years.
